Support Office Kaohsiung Branch Receptionist & Administrator

performs a wide range of functions and tasks in support of the southern Taiwan office. The

primary function of this position is to provide office administrative & receptionist support for

OCONUS Taiwan Programs personnel at Support office in Kaohsiung,

Taiwan. This candidate must greet and direct visitors to their destinations in the secure

office to their destinations in a courteous and efficient manner. The candidate must

also be bilingual in both English and Mandarin and be able to accurately translate for program

personnel.

In addition to the responsibilities above, the candidate must perform various duties such as mail

distribution, filing, copying, supply ordering, document and spreadsheet generation, and

maintain accurate administrative records for all office activity. The candidate must have

excellent written and oral communications skills and be able to represent Company at events

such as souring fairs, Taiwan Defense exhibitions, etc. to assure they run smoothly and

successfully. The Receptionist and Administrator strives to develop effective collaborations with

teammates and customers to improve business results and achieve flawless execution.
