- he HR Head is responsible for:
Ensuring client satisfaction by providing HR service excellence and manage full spectrum of HR service for Taiwan with an overall headcount of around 300 employees: Line Manager & Employee Advisory, Training, Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Operations and HR Analytics & Reporting
Collaborating closely with Taiwan Country Executive and Senior Management team, Regional HR Business Partners (HRBP), HR Operations and Regional Centers of Excellences (CoEs) to provide full spectrum of HR services to Taiwan office
Develop professional and effective relationship within Regional HRBPs and Centre of Excellences, other HR functions and senior stakeholders
As a Taiwan country expert, provide technical functional knowledge to internal stakeholders
Maintenance and implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence to regulations, policies and processes
Maintain a confidential work environment, focus on ensuring all client requests are handled in a professional manner and solved efficiently
Support corporate, group and regional initiatives and HR projects, commitment to Employee Engagement and Diversity imperatives and values: Trust, Teamwork, Client Focus, Out performance and Innovation.

- Able to work in a highly matrix international environment, with experiences in supporting across various business functions
- Fluency in English is a must whilst other Asian languages would be an advantage
